Refund Policy

We understand that wedding plans can change. However, due to the limited availability of our rentals, the following refund policy applies:

• Cancellations will result in a $200 non-refundable fee.

• The remaining $600 will be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to your event.

• If Faux Flora is unable to set up due to weather or venue-related restrictions, a partial refund may be issued, minus the setup fee and any costs incurred.
